File Preparation
Just like pressed vinyl records, lathe cut records require mastered files for vinyl cutting.Your files will be prepared for vinyl cutting (be it mastered or not) but mastered material always sounds better.Please make sure you own the rights to the material submitted for cutting.Download the (cutting specs pdf) for more info.
Artwork
A blank white label is offered as standard (for hand written or stamps) in a poly-lined inner sleeve.Custom label art printing & jacket printing are possible. These take a bit longer as they are outsourced.And for those of you who would like to get your jackets individually screen printed please let us know. I work directly with an experienced local studio (screengirlmerch) offering this service. I will also offer other options via this collaboration such as direct to vinyl prints and unique artwork.
Pricing
Pricing is dependant on various factors like duration of programme material, number of copies, vinyl colour, artwork and sleeve/jacket specs, vinyl size (7", 10", 12") etc.Single copies are also possible. Please keep in mind that a setup fee per project is always necessary.Subsequent copies of the same release will be charged at a lower rate. Please check the pricing chart for details.
